Booking Specialist
Our Booking Specialists are responsible for taking and processing booking requests from and providing the Booking Confirmation to our Customers. In this time sensitive position, our Booking Specialists ensure booking accuracy and timeliness of completing a customer’s request. The objective being to meet internal requirements while providing the customer with a service that exceeds expectations.
Documentation Specialist
Our Documentation Specialists use the booking information to coordinate and process all documentation requirements to ensure our customer’s goods move to their destination. The objective being to meet internal requirements while providing the customer with a service that exceeds expectations.
